The Youth ministry of Salem is dedicated to preparing our young people to succeed in life. The program focuses on providing them with knowledge on how to function effectively in society and stresses the importance of developing an in depth relationship with the Lord. The goal is for them to learn how to leverage God's gifts and promises in their lives. Regular and fun activities are planned to promote learning and fellowship in a safe Christian environment.
The Youth Advisory Council is comprised of a representative from each member church. This council recommends the focus areas for the Salem youth ministry and is responsible for planning and implementing activities and outreach events. Through this they learn leadership, teamwork and organizational skills. Young people of all cultures learn how to work and minister together, growing in their abilities and in their strength in the Lord.
